An update to OverloadUT's Stacker tool.
I take no credit for this tool, but it is no longer being maintained and I felt it needed a few things to make it better.

= Changed offsets to center with -500 to +500 instead of 0 to 1000. Changed Min props from 0 to 1 and max props from 10 to 20.
