I only updated it, and made it better.
(like made it the best counter strike swep pack out there )

THE CUSTOM WEAPONS ARE OPTIONAL, THE NORMAL CS WEAPONS ARE INCLUDED.

I've tweaked so much stuff that I don't remember the specifics, but the
MAIN CHANGES:
*Fixed the View problem
*made cross hair disappear when using iron sights (for maximum realism use "cl_crosshair_color 0 0 0 0"; and "cl_crosshair_color 0 255 0 100" to put it back to normal)
*made a decent sniper scope
*made two different versions; one for the default weapons, and one for a custom weapons that I'll specify (with stats tuned to each weapon set)
*all around improvement on all of 1.3s flaws

*Be sure when installing CS skins to put them in the main directory and not the addons folder.
