I decided to put the citizen heads on the Halo Marines and ODST. They've got finger and faceposing.
These are not NPCs. They only have the animations needed.
Credits for resources/textures go to AcePilot, Flamester, and the guys at Facepunch's Halo Thread and Bungie, Medrop, J-dawg, Junin for the ODST models/textures, and Letsgroove and Nexus Elite for hand textures.
