This gamemode wasn't made by me. I just fixed some stuff because this was discontinued.

Changelog:
-Fixed the unability to spawn airboat seats
-Fixed non admin players noclipping
-Added all tools for admins
-Removed some spamming print messages like when you physgun a person.
