This map fixes many things in the beloved v4c.

Such as:
-the windows in the sub-urban area being broken and not aligning to their window-spaces.
-the door in the lab next to spawn works now
-people don't spawn near the apartment complex
-the beach doesn't just "end" and look ugly
-more secrets underground
