Some people in the comments mentioned that the last two models crash the game for them. So as it goes I recommend you don't spawn them. It's probably broken IK which is causing it.
As to NPC's. If someone feels the sheer urge to rerig them to the valve biped go ahead. I won't be doing it myself personally.</b>
