This file is an edited version of the "Slow Motion and Freeze" mod by the user "That Ted In The". 90% of the credit goes to him to making such an awesome mod, and 10% to me for editing it. Here are the few changes I've made.

-No more freeze, only slow motion
-Added Strong Motion Blur Effects
-Fixed some errors in Team Fortress 2
-Edited the code for a smoother transition

All in all, this mod is great. THIS MOD IS NOT JUST FOR GARRY'S MOD! This mod will work on every Source Engine game you own, from Counter Strike Source to Portal. Happy Bullet Time! To use the mod, press V. If V is an important key, just bind it to another in the console and save it.
