WARNING, this is a database, if you don't know what the fuck is EAPM, DONT DOWNLOAD.

FOR SERVER ADMINISTRATORS:
1. This is the core for the EAPM. You have to install it to \garrysmod\garrysmod\addons\encodedprotection\mysql
2. You can't connect to the EAPM database without this file.
3. Without the database connection, EAPM can't autoban the propspammers, propkillers, sethhackers...
4. This will send the player's steamids to EAPM main database, if the "rulebreaker" is banned in your server, he will be banned in all the EAPM servers.
5. Administrators can't ban using EAPM, use gmod ban.
