I do NOT own this(obviously.) The original file was deleted, therefore I re-uploaded it for people who needed it most. 'Nuff said.

You might want the Skin Switcher tool to change the paint/skins, it can be found right here: http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=32752
PUT INTO: steam/steamapps/username/garrysmod/garrysmod
It will merge the folders.
