2 Simple SWEPS

UPDATE!!!:

Flaregun:
now decreased the firerate to all 1.5 sec for anti spam
+ secondary attack to fire a flare with less force
to light the area where you are.

Fireworkgun:
now decrased the firereate to 4 sec so the server
will not cras
+ Admin only

It shoots flares.....
