complete water fix/workaround

Greets! You are probably reading this for two reasons. One, you are wondering either how to install this water workaround (the mapper needs to recompile his map for the new engine in order to actually "fix" the problem), or two, find out what is different from the other water “fixes.” Well, to answer the latter, it is simple. There is no difference, other than this extends the modifications of 8.vmt and null.vmt to the other eleven numbered vmt's. The reason why this is needed is that some rendering effects, such as refractive shock wave from the Hand Device in aVoN's Stargate pack, tend to cause the texture problems to return. I am not sure what is going on, I am just acting on information from aVoN himself.

INSTALLATION: I have packed the respective .vmt files with paths, just extract the materials directory over the one you have in your garrysmod folder, OVERWRITING if you get the prompts. It is imperative that all files are overwritten!

CORRECTION: Actually this is more or less aVoN's fix, his idea to extend all of the changes and his vmt's :). I was granted permission to pack them for upload.
