This allows you to spawn npcs with the CSS weapons that appear
in the SWEP menu.

Extract to garrysmod/lua/autorun.

READ THE README IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A CUSTOM NPC WEAPON SPAWN LIST!

KNOWN GLITCHES:
Combine can hold and pose with these weapons but won't fire them.

Rebels won't aim or fire pistols.

Metro Cops fire pistols at a full automatic rate.

All NPCs don't reload guns,Don't know why.
