here are hellsing trooper NPCs that i dont see as NPCs on this site, so i made them NPCs and of course they have icons i wont ever upload Npc packs that are half-assed like ZombieHunter's npc pack v4, anyways, enjoy your download.

P.S. I might make a fix for zombie hunters Npcs_v4, I'm tired of purple and black icons, and im sure you are too. but it will take some time but i will get it done since zombie hunter didnt do it himself.
