These were pretty easy to put into garry's mod and other games.
They work for Smod, HL2, and Garry's Mod.
They're actually the "infected" sounds from the Left 4 Dead demo. Seeing as I pre-ordered L4D I got the demo last night about 3am. And decided to use the horrific sounds of L4D and put them into other games such as smod, hl2 and G-mod.
Hope you enjoy the new sounds. They creep me out.
