The Current PHX3 Svn DOES HAVE 0.95.
So admins just delete the file if it violates the rules.
This is a multi-use tool for accurate construction. Very useful for contraption builders and fort builders alike.
You have in the tool a great option called offest which you can define with that the space between the props.
Updated version is included in the Phx3 SVN.
