This is a a model I found in Dan`s NPC Pack.I noticed that it wasnt made into a NPC/SNPC so I made him into a NPC :D.The thought to make Halo 2 Elite into a NPC was a guy that made Adv. Dup. Elite NPCs so I just studyed Dan`s Pack and found the Elite model and transformed it into a NPC!You don`t need Dan`s NPC Pack.This file includes all the files you need.
