This is my personal skin for tf2 only!
To install: put scout folder into:
C:/ProgramFiles/Steam/Steamapps/YourUsername/TeamFortress2/TF/Materials(If it isnt there,create it)/Models (do the same)/Player(do the same again)/
Scout ,what i ment with do the same was:
Create a folder called Materials, Models,and Player if they dont already exist in that folder.
Now.
