Today I made this plant. It's like a GMStranded plants, so you need CS:S to working this, however you need also EP2 for pumpkin model.

With this seed you can plant your's favorite entities and havrest these ones. instructions are easy: spawn seed, spawn entity to plant, put entity on seed and plant seed by USE key.
After it produces you will got plant. Another 30 sec and you'll get one of five entities from plant. After it produce 5 entites, it'll remove itself.
