A fixed version of the NPC Camera, should work with the latest GMod updates.

This simple tool allows you to place a camera inside of the head of almost any NPC, and look through their eyes. Left click on a NPC to create a camera, right click to remove the camera.
It doesn't work for a few NPCs such as headcrabs and antlions, because they don't seem to have a good attachment point which would be considered as "eyes". :(
Just unzip in your addon folder, and have fun !
