Have you ever hated how NPCs can't take damage or even die from falling? Well, luckily for you, this will help you do so! What this does is makes NPCs take damage when falling.

And yes, it does work. Try it on one of your NPC murdering maps. I often use:

I recommend using some SWEPs or the PhysGun to make them fall.

-INSTALLATION-

All you have to do to install this is place the npc_falldamage.lua file into your Drive:Program Files/Valve/Steam/SteamApps/USERNAME/garrysmod/garrysmod/lua/autorun folder.

7/3/10: The "bug" where you hold an npc in the air and he dies while you hold it is NOT to do with this lua, mostly.. the NPCs which die are zombies/aliens. I recently got a new PC, and installed only this to see if this "bug" was real.

No matter how long I held or moved an npc (human or animal), it did not die (I held it for a few minutes) or even take damage until I dropped it and let it die when it hit the floor.

So there's your proof. And remember I also said I'm not a god at lua.
