Minorly-bugfixed Portal SWEP.
New stuff:
- Diagonal portals now work properly
- Vertical/horizontal see-through sort of works
- Less lag when creating first portals
- Slightly improved sparklies on portal creation
- Brush-based portal-clearing entity for mapping (see readme)
